Welcome to the F & H Ribbon Online Order Tool

We've created this tool to help you get your order started in a simple, easy-to-use way.

There are some  important things you need to know about the tool:

• The tool is designed so that you can order multiple products at once.
• The tool cannot create a complete order due to the complexity of some product setups.
• The tool can only give you an APPROXIMATE price for your order, it will not give you the final price.
• The tool does not currently support the ability to choose color, typeface or stock cuts.
• The colors you see on your display may not be an exact match to the actual color of the product.
• The tool cannot calculate shipping charges.

When you place your order, it will be emailed to our order depratment. An F & H representative will be in touch with you to finalize the order and give you a final price.

Where appropriate, you can upload up to three artwork files for each product you order.  If you prefer, artwork can be emailed to orders@fhribbon.com

In order to use the tool, you must log in.

We are working with the developers of the catalog software to change this restriction, allowing you to browse through the catalog without logging in first. Placing an order will require you to log in.  We will get this change in place as soon as we possibly can, and in the meanwhile, we ask for your patience and understanding.

Logging in requires an email address and a password.

If you have an email address on file with us, please use that address.  If you do NOT have an email address on file please use:

custnnnn@fandhcustomer.com where nnnn is your customer number.

We have set your initial password to fandhcustomer.  Please change your password when you log in for the first time.
